Affirming Therapy for Modern Families

Hi, I’m Mary Beth.

I specialize in helping families with queer, lesbian, gay,
bisexual, gender creative and trans family members build
strong bonds, understand and manage their emotions,
and stay true to who they are.

I know that being in an authentic family or partnership is joyful and nuanced.

Sometimes you need extra support and guidance to understand stuck points, challenges and intense emotions.

And when you need therapy, you don’t want to have to guess if you’re in a safe and affirming place.

That’s where I come in.

As a therapist, I have the tools and expertise to help you stay grounded and understand yourself.

Together, we can tap into your wisdom, your power and your strength in community.  Creative expression helps us slow down, get curious and express ourselves.  We can get to the heart of the matter and do serious, life-changing work.
